A Muzz Buzz Rewardz registered member (Member) will be eligible to receive a free birthday tall coffee (Birthday Reward) subject to the following terms and conditions:
during the Member’s birthday month, as registered, the Member will be granted a single use code to claim their Birthday Rewardz;
the code is only valid:
for use in-store; and
within a 48-hour period beginning on the date of the Member’s birthday;
Birthday Rewards cannot be redeemed for cash or exchanged for any other product;
lost, stolen, or expired Birthday Reward codes and/or Birthday Rewards will not be replaced or refunded;
if a Birthday Reward is not redeemed by the Member within the time stated in paragraph (b) it will not be refunded or credited and will become inactive without notice;
Muzz Buzz takes no responsibility for incorrectly entered birth dated during the Members registration process; and
Muzz Buzz offers no reminder to Members to claim this offer.
