Terms & Conditions

By participating in the weekly draw, participants agree to be bound by these terms and conditions:

1. Eligibility:

The weekly draw (“Draw“) is open to individuals who meet the following eligibility criteria:

(a) participants must be at least 18 years of age or older at the time of entry; and

(b) participants must make a qualifying purchase over $12 or $15 at Muzz Buzz Erskine or Muzz Buzz Greenfields in-store locations during the entry period.

2. Entry Period

The entry period for each weekly draw will commence at store opening time on Mondays and conclude at store closing time on Sundays of the same week (“entry period”).
Entries received after the specified closing time on Sunday will not be eligible for that week’s draw.

Draws will continue for a limited time only, until such time as notified by Muzz Buzz.

3. How to Enter

Participants will receive one (1) entry into the draw for each qualifying purchase made at Muzz Buzz Erskine or Muzz Buzz Greenfields in-store locations during the entry period. There is no limit on the number of tickets participants may purchase for the draw.

Participants will be required to provide their name, email and/or mobile phone number to complete their entry in the draw.

To qualify for a:

(a) green ticket, participants must spend a minimum of $12 in a single in-store purchase; and

(b) purple ticket, participants must spend a minimum of $15 in a single in-store purchase,

(“qualifying purchase”).

4. Prize

Two (2) winners will be selected each week: one (1) winner from the green draw and one (1) winner from the purple draw.
Each winner will receive a prize equal to double the purchase price of their winning ticket up to a maximum of $40 by way of store credit value for redemption at Muzz Buzz Erskine or Muzz Buzz Greenfields in-store locations.
The prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or any other such alternatives.

5. Winner Selection

The winners will be selected at random from all eligible entries received during the entry period.
The draw will be conducted by filling a cup with all the tickets of the same colour from the entry period and having a staff member draw the winning tickets.
To ensure transparency, all draws will be filmed.
The winners will be notified via email or phone within three (3) business days of the draw.

6. Prize Claim

The winners for each draw must respond to the notification within seven (7) days from notice as describe in condition 5 to claim their prize.
If a winner fails to respond within the specified timeframe as above or is found to be ineligible, an alternate winner may be selected at the discretion of Muzz Buzz.

7. Publicity

By participating in the draw, the winners agree to allow Muzz Buzz to use their name and likeness for promotional and advertising purposes without additional compensation.

8. General Conditions:

By entering the draw, participants agree to abide by these terms and conditions and all decisions made by Muzz Buzz.
Muzz Buzz is not responsible for any lost, late, misdirected, or incomplete entries or for any technical or human error that may occur in the administration of the draw.

9. Privacy

10. Governing Law

These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Western Australia.
