The following apply to these Terms and Conditions
App means the Muzz Buzz Rewardz App.
Unique Code means the 6-symbol code embedded into the eGift Card.
Muzz Buzz Group means Muzz Buzz Franchising Pty Ltd ABN 17 106 547 620 of Unit 17, 27 Old Great Northern Highway, Midland, WA 6056, our affiliates and subsidiaries.
eGift Cards means any electronic gift card issued by Muzz Buzz that you have purchased or received through the Website for one or more of the Participating Stores.
eGift Credits means the value for which the Muzz Buzz goods and services can be redeemed at any Participating Store.
Expiry Date means the date specified in the electronic message for each eGift Card expiry which is generally 36 months from the card’s purchase date, after Expiry Date an eGift Card will not be available for redemption.
Personal Information includes, but is not limited to, your name, your email address and payment details.
Website means https://australia.muzzbuzz.com or at such other address should the URL change.
A reference to we, us or our is a reference to Muzz Buzz Group.
By using or attempting to use a eGift Card, or by making a transaction enquiry or exercising any right to redeem value loaded on a eGift Card, you:
The Website sets out the up to date information for each Participating Store as to where each eGift Card can be used.
An eGift Card can be used only for allocating an eGift credit to the App account.
There are usually no delays in allocating the eGift credits to the account, but if there is a delay, the eGift Card cannot be used for allocating credits to another App account.
The unique code that we email you is linked to your email account that identifies you. You acknowledge that we identify the Unique Code with you, and you or anyone on your behalf may use it only once. If your unique code is lost or stolen, and you require another one, we may then cancel the Unique Code associated with you and issue another Unit Code for you of the same value.
Select goods or services in your Participating Store and pay using the eGift Credits on the App or order goods and services in the App (where applicable) and send the order to your Participating Store. The transaction will be completed when the balance on your App account has reduced. No change will be given. No money refunds will be processed. All and any eGift Credit can only be used in whole or part against future purchases.
You agree that we can reduce the remaining balance on your App account by the value of all purchases of goods and services that are authorised by you.
Transactions are authorised by you by you agreeing to pay the amount of that transaction by the reduction of the eGift Credit balance on your App account.
If you wish to make a purchase for an amount that exceeds the remaining balance on your App account, you agree to pay the excess using the bank card linked to your App account.
You cannot obtain any cash advance with your eGift Credit or redeem your eGift Credit for cash.
You cannot exchange your Gift Card for a different brand, denomination or type of Gift Card or for another tender, cash or discount.
No, you cannot cancel your Gift Card.
You can check the remaining eGift credit balance and transaction history at any time by opening the App, or by calling 08 9277 8666. For balance enquiries by phone, you will be required to present the identification by giving the operator your email address, mobile phone number or both.
Goods that are purchased solely, or in part with a Gift Card may be exchanged or returned subject to the exchange and returns policy of each Participating Store.
You are responsible for the use and safety of the Unique Code. You are liable for all transactions on your App account, except to the extent to which there has been fraud or negligence by us or by any of our employees.
If you have reason to believe that an error has occurred in relation to your eGift Card, you should email firstname.lastname@example.org or call 08 9277 8666. Any complaints about goods or services purchased with eGift Credits must be resolved directly with the relevant Participating Store.
