The draw commences on 2 March 2026 and concludes at 11:59 PM AWST on 30 March 2026 (Draw Period). Entries received outside the Draw Period will not be considered.

Entry is open to all Australian residents aged 18 years or older. Employees, franchisees, suppliers of Muzz Buzz Franchising Pty Ltd (Muzz Buzz), and their immediate families are ineligible to participate.

To be eligible for entry, participants must have a valid and active Muzz Buzz Rewardz App account at the time of purchase.

To enter the draw, participants must spend $15 or more in a single transaction using the Muzz Buzz Rewardz App. Each qualifying transaction of $15 or more will constitute one (1) valid entry into the draw.

There is no limit to the number of entries per person. Each qualifying transaction made via the Muzz Buzz Rewardz App during the Draw Period will be counted as a separate entry.

There are twenty-five (25) prizes to be won. Each prize consists of one (1) free tall coffee per day for one (1) full calendar year, redeemable via the Muzz Buzz Rewardz App only. The prize is subject to the following conditions:

• limited to one tall coffee per day per winner;

• valid for standard tall coffee menu items only;

• excludes size upgrades, add-ons, syrups, alternative milks (unless otherwise specified in-app), food items, and other beverages;

• any unused daily coffee will be forfeited and cannot be accumulated;

• and the prize is not transferable, exchangeable, or redeemable for cash.

The winners will be selected through a random draw conducted from all valid entries received during the Draw Period.

The draw will take place on 4 May 2026 at Muzz Buzz Head Office.

Winners will be notified using the contact details linked to their Muzz Buzz Rewardz App account within five (5) business days of the draw. The winners name will also be announced on Muzz Buzz's official social media channels. The promoter’s decision is final, and no correspondence will be entered into.

If a prize remains unclaimed or a winner is deemed ineligible, Muzz Buzz reserves the right to conduct a redraw in accordance with applicable regulations.

Muzz Buzz is not responsible for any loss, damage, or injury suffered by any entrant or winner as a result of participating in the draw or redeeming the prize, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law.

By entering the draw, participants consent to Muzz Buzz collecting, storing, and using their personal information for the purpose of administering the draw and in accordance with Muzz Buzz’s Privacy Policy.
