The competition commences at 12:00 AM AWST on 1 November 2025 and concludes at 11:59 PM AWST on 30 November 2025 (Competition Period). Entries received outside the Competition Period will not be considered.

Entry is open to all Australian residents aged 18 years or older. Employees, franchisees, suppliers of Muzz Buzz Franchising Pty Ltd (Muzz Buzz), and their immediate families are ineligible to participate.

To be eligible for entry, participants must have a valid and active Muzz Buzz Loyalty App account at the time of purchase of their Bali coffee.

Each Bali coffee purchase must be made using the participant’s Muzz Buzz Loyalty App account as the identifier of the transaction, and that single transaction will then constitute a valid entry into the draw, subject to these terms and conditions.

Only transactions including the purchase of Bali coffee linked to an eligible Muzz Buzz Loyalty App account will be considered valid entries into the draw.

There is no limit to the number of entries per person. Each qualifying transaction via the Muzz Buzz Loyalty App during the Competition Period counts as a separate entry.

The major prize includes:

• Two (2) return economy class flights with Jetstar from Perth, Western Australia to Denpasar, Bali.

• Five (5) nights' accommodation for two adults Hotel Indigo Bali Seminyak Beach by IHG, including daily breakfast.

• The total prize value is estimated at AUD $6,500, depending on travel dates and accommodation availability.

The winner will be selected through a random draw conducted from all valid entries received during the Competition Period.

The draw will take place at 12:00 PM AWST on 5 December 2025 at Muzz Buzz Head Office, 17/27 Old Great Northern Hwy, Midland WA 6056.

The winner will be notified via the contact details provided in their Muzz Buzz Loyalty App account within five (5) business days of the draw. The winner's name will also be announced on Muzz Buzz's official social media channels.

The prize must be redeemed within six (6) months from the date of the draw, being no later than 5 June 2026. Travel dates are subject to availability and must be coordinated with Muzz Buzz's team. The prize is non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and not redeemable for cash.

If the prize remains unclaimed after 14 days of the winner notification, Muzz Buzz reserves the right to conduct a redraw under the same conditions as the original draw.

Muzz Buzz is not responsible for any loss, damage, or injury suffered by the winner as a result of accepting and/or using the prize, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law.

By entering the competition, participants consent to Muzz Buzz collecting, storing, and using their personal information for the purpose of administering the draw and in accordance with Muzz Buzz's Privacy Policy.
